This page explains what happens to personal data when you visit dnamic.org. In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third parties.

Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver the pages to you and to protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes the technical data your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page.
We use this data only to deliver the website securely. We do not use it to identify you or to build profiles. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor. It may process data in the United States and is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use local storage or any similar technology. Nothing is stored on your device.

No analytics, no tracking, no third-party content
We use no analytics, statistics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own website, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other external service when you read our pages. There are no social media plug-ins and no embedded videos.
Some pages link to other websites, for example LinkedIn, YouTube or press articles. Those sites are only contacted if you click such a link; from then on, their privacy policy applies.
Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer you. The legal basis is the preparation or performance of a contract where your message concerns one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our email is hosted by Google (Google Workspace) as our processor. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle it and to meet legal retention obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to have it rectified, erased or restricted, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 15–18, 20 and 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to dna@dnamic.org.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work. In Lithuania, where DNAMIC UAB is established, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).

We will update this page if the website changes in a way that affects your privacy.
